I’m a seasoned mental health professional from Canada with over 13 ​years of experience. I specialize in creating personalized treatment plans ​from a therapeutic perspective that integrate mindfulness meditation ​techniques, cognitive behavioural techniques (CBT), dialectical ​behaviour techniques (DBT), and holistic wellness practices. My aim is ​to empower you to achieve mental wellness and clarity by tailoring my ​approach to meet your unique needs.

Throughout my career, I have worked in psychiatric inpatient and ​outpatient facilities, residential treatment centers, shelters, post-​secondary institutions, and family counselling practices. My extensive ​background equips me to address a wide range of mental health and ​relationship complexities.

How does coaching differ from therapy?

Unlike therapy, my coaching approach involves goal setting, strategy development, and forward momentum. It addresses past, present, and future concerns with a focus on action and progress. Through coaching, we strive for personal growth, emotional well-being, and enhanced interpersonal relationships.

Do you provide emergency support?

This is not a crisis service and does not provide crisis intervention. If you or someone you know requires emergency support, please contact your local authorities or emergency department.

Does insurance cover coaching services?

Currently, insurance providers do not cover coaching services, but I can offer a monthly payment plan to make things more affordable for you. Please inquire about this in our initial consultation.

Is my information kept confidential?

Confidentiality is guaranteed at all times. Each client will receive a confidentiality agreement to ensure their privacy and peace of mind before beginning our sessions.

What payment methods do you accept?
